It all started in 1995, Beijing, China, where GDP per capita was 609 US Dollars.

The lives of 6 teenagers from the most ordinary families were about to change forever. After thorough interview process, they have been offered to study A-levels at a top UK private school followed by university degree fully funded. The story repeated for 16 children, and the man who did this was Mr William Louey, a very unusual inspiring businessman from Hong Kong in his 30s.

It was nothing like any other scholarships, the level of love and care went far beyond. Mr Louey wanted them to broaden the vision so he sponsored them to backpack around Europe, he gave them his designer suits as they never had any for school's requirement, he treated them like his children, invited them to his house, visited them and gave sincere care to everyone till present day.

20 years later, the teenagers have gone through top universities and started to establish very successful careers. They remained a very closed group with very pure friendships. They feel so truly thankful for the love they have been receiving and offered ways to pay back such generosity, however all were refused by Mr Louey who said "Please you don't need to pay me back anything. I just wish you continue to do well and help others."

At their 20 year reunion, they decided that they want to put their own money together and set up a scholarship to help the ones in need. They might not be the biggest tycoons but their contribution is much more meaningful. They want to help young talents who most importantly have a big heart, to help them do well and contribute to society with a great vision. So far 12 graduate students were able to start their degrees at Oxford University because of their contribution. They simply hope to carry on the love that they have received and pass it on further, like suggested in the movie "Pay it forward".
